Evaluation of the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

摘要目的探讨中医康复结合针灸理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的效果.方法选取2019年6月—2021年3月就诊于我院的86例LDH患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为两组,各43例.对照组采用针灸理疗治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采取中医康复治疗,均持续12周.对比两组临床疗效、腰椎疼痛、腰椎功能.结果研究组临床总有效率95.35%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,两组腰椎疼痛、腰椎功能比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组视觉模拟评分(VAS)低于对照组,日本矫形外科学会下腰痛评分(JOA)量表中的主观症状、临床体征、日常活动受限评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中医康复结合针灸理疗能有效减轻LDH患者腰椎疼痛,改善腰椎功能. Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods 86 LDH patients who were treated in our hospital from June 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion physiotherapy,and the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group,both lasted for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy,lumbar pain and lumbar function were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the study group was 95.35%,which was higher than 81.40%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in lumbar pain and lumbar function between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the subjective symptoms,clinical signs,and daily activity limitation scores in the Japanese Orthopaedic Society Low Back Pain Score(JOA)scale were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation combined with acupuncture and physiotherapy can effectively relieve lumbar pain and improve lumbar function in patients with LDH.
