摘要
目的探讨穴位埋线联合常规康复治疗在脑瘫患儿中的应用价值.方法选择本院2018年2月—2021年11月收治的脑瘫患儿100例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组50例.对照组采用常规康复治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用穴位埋线治疗,均持续3个月.对比两组的运动功能、侧弯反射等级、肌力及不良反应发生情况.结果治疗后,研究组的粗大运动功能评定量表评分为(221.17±14.59)分,高于对照组的(192.63±18.33)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组的侧弯反射等级及肌力分级均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗期间均未出现不良反应.结论将穴位埋线应用于脑瘫患儿的治疗中,能够有效抑制原始反射,提高肌力,改善运动功能,且安全可靠.
Objective To explore the application value of acupoint catgut embedding combined with routine rehabilitation therapy in children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 100 children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to November 2021 were selected and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation,and the study group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The gross motor function,lateral bending reflex grade,muscle strength and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the gross motor function measure score of the study group was(221.17±14.59)points,which was higher than(192.63±18.33)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the lateral bending reflection grade and muscle strength grade of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion The application of acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy can effectively inhibit the original reflex,improve muscle strength and motor function,and is safe and reliable.
