摘要
目的探讨分析对小儿脑瘫采用针灸联合康复训练进行治疗,对其运动功能障碍的改善效果。方法选取我院2021年1月—2023年1月期间收治的96例脑瘫患儿为研究对象,按照双盲法分为参照组与研究组,参照组(n=48)接受常规基础治疗以及康复训练干预,研究组(n=48)在参照组基础上联合针灸治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的精细运动能力、日常生活能力、粗大运动功能以及治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组的精细运动能力量表(FMFM)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12周后,研究组的FMFM评分(80.19±4.46)分高于参照组的(68.76±4.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的粗大运动功能评估量表(GMFM)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12周后,研究组的GMFM评分(180.37±6.22)分高于参照组的(156.34±5.89)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率95.83%较参照组的75.00%更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿脑瘫采用针灸联合康复训练进行治疗,能够取得更为确切的治疗效果,不仅可以很好地改善患儿的运动功能,还能够使其恢复较好的生活自理能力。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on motor dysfunction in children with cerebral palsy.Methods 96 children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a reference group and a study group according to the double-blind method.The reference group(n=48)received routine basic treatment and rehabilitation training intervention,and the study group(n=48)received acupuncture and moxibustion on this basis.The fine motor ability,daily living ability,gross motor function and treatment effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in fine motor ability scale(FMFM)score between the two groups(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the FMFM score of the study group(80.19±4.46)points was higher than(68.76±4.23)points of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in gross motor function(GMFM)score between the two groups(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the GMFM score of the study group(180.37±6.22)points was higher than(156.34±5.89)points of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group 95.83%was higher than 75.00%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training for children with cerebral palsy can achieve more accurate therapeutic effects,which can not only improve the motor function of children,but also restore their better self-care ability.
