摘要
目的探究电针联合肌内效贴在脑瘫患儿康复中的应用效果。方法选取本院2019年12月—2020年12月收治的100例脑瘫患儿为研究对象,按住院时间排名,将单数50例设定为研究组,双数50例设定为对照组。对照组采用肌内效贴治疗,研究组采用电针联合肌内效贴治疗。比较两组患儿的平衡能力、运动功能及肌张力。结果治疗后,研究组的Berg平衡量表评分为(31.32±4.63)分,高于对照组的(28.56±4.52)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的粗大运动功能量表中A、B、C、D、E区评分分别为(38.95±0.46)分、(49.01±0.55)分、(32.01±0.55)分、(30.35±0.36)分、(30.62±0.54)分,均高于对照组的(38.56±0.44)分、(48.65±0.52)分、(31.54±0.47)分、(30.11±0.34)分、(30.27±0.55)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的跟耳试验角度、股角分别为(60.56±5.22)°、(88.24±5.46)°,均大于对照组的(56.71±5.85)°、(84.88±6.21)°,足背屈角为(40.85±2.01)°,小于对照组的(43.82±2.69)°,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将电针联合肌内效贴应用于脑瘫患儿中,可有效提高其平衡能力及粗大运动功能,并可改善肌张力,对其运动功能的恢复有积极作用。
Objective To explore the application effect of electroacupuncture combined with Kinesio tape in rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.Methods 100 children with cerebral palsy admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the ranking of hospitalization time,50 cases with singular number were set as the study group and 50 cases with even number were set as the control group.The control group was treated with Kinesio tape technique,and the study group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with Kinesio tape technique.The balance ability,motor function and muscle tone were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the Berg balance scale score of the study group was(31.32±4.63)points,which was higher than(28.56±4.52)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of A,B,C,D and E in the gross motor function measure scale of the study group were(38.95±0.46)points,(49.01±0.55)points,(32.01±0.55)points,(30.35±0.36)points and(30.62±0.54)points,respectively,which were higher than(38.56±0.44)points,(48.65±0.52)points,(31.54±0.47)points,(30.11±0.34)points and(30.27±0.55)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the heel and ear test angle and femoral angle of the study group were(60.56±5.22)°and(88.24±5.46)°,respectively,which were greater than(56.71±5.85)°and(84.88±6.21)°of the control group,and the dorsiflexion angle of the foot was(40.85±2.01)°,which was smaller than(43.82±2.69)°of control group,and the difference between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with Kinesio tape can effectively improve the balance ability and gross motor function of children with cerebral palsy,and improve the muscle tension,and have a positive effect on the recovery of motor function.
