摘要
目的探究康复护理结合功能训练对痉挛型脑瘫术后患儿肢体运动功能及日常生活能力的影响.方法选取该院2020年3月—2021年5月收治的126例痉挛型脑瘫术后患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组63例.对照组采用常规功能训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用康复护理.比较两组肌张力分级、肢体运动功能、粗大运动能力、日常生活能力、智力及运动发育状况.结果干预前,两组肢体运动功能、粗大运动能力、日常生活能力、智力及运动发育状况比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).干预后,观察组肌张力分级情况优于对照组,上肢功能、下肢功能评分分别为(46.82±2.69)分、(29.55±2.58)分,均高于对照组的(39.31±1.57)分、(24.63±2.12)分,粗大运动功能评定量表评分为(90.53±18.74)分,高于对照组的(81.86±12.96)分,日常生活活动能力量表评分为(14.09±1.52)分,低于对照组的(17.65±1.84)分,运动发育指数、智力发育指数评分分别为(86.52±8.63)分、(88.92±9.74)分,均高于对照组的(70.35±9.57)分、(83.27±8.62)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论康复护理结合功能训练能够有效增强痉挛型脑瘫术后患儿的肢体运动功能及粗大运动能力,提高其日常生活能力,降低其肌张力,改善其智力及运动发育状况,具有临床推广应用价值.
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing combined with functional training on limb motor function and daily living ability of children with spastic cerebral palsy after operation.Methods 126 children with spastic cerebral palsy after operation who were treated in this hospital from March 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 63 cases in each group.The control group received routine functional training,while the observation group received rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The muscle tone classification,limb motor function,gross motor ability,daily living ability,intelligence and motor development were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,the limb motor function,gross motor ability,daily living ability,intelligence and motor development were compared between the two groups,and the differences between the groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);After the intervention,the muscle tension classification in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the upper limb function and lower limb function scores were(46.82±2.69)points and(29.55±2.58)points,respectively,which were higher than(39.31±1.57)points and(24.63±2.12)points of the control group,respectively,the gross motor function measure score was(90.53±18.74)points,which was higher than(81.86±12.96)points of the control group,the score of activity of daily living was(14.09±1.52)points,which was lower than(17.65±1.84)points of the control group,the scores of psychomotor development index and mental development index were(86.52±8.63)points and(88.92±9.74)points respectively,which were higher than(70.35±9.57)points and(83.27±8.62)points of the control group,respectively,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing combined with functional training can effectively enhance the limb motor function and gross motor ability of children with spastic cerebral palsy after operation,improve their daily living ability,reduce their muscle tension,and improve their intelligence and motor development,which has clinical application value.
