摘要
目的研究中医针灸配合康复训练在脑瘫患儿运动功能障碍康复治疗中的应用效果.方法选取2019年4月—2020年11月该院收治的脑瘫运动功能障碍患儿102例为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组51例.对照组患儿采用康复训练,观察组患儿采用针灸联合康复训练.比较两组患儿的运动功能、独立性、日常生活能力及临床总有效率.结果两组患儿治疗前的粗大运动功能评估量表、儿童功能独立性评定量表、日常生活能力量表评分比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿的上述评分均显著高于对照,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组和对照组患儿的临床治疗总有效率分别为94.12%、72.55%,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论中医针灸联合康复训练可以显著改善脑瘫运动功能障碍患儿的运动功能,提高其独立性和日常生活能力,效果显著,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training in the rehabilitation of motor dysfunction in children with cerebral palsy.Methods 102 cases of children with cerebral palsy motor dysfunction admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to November 2020 were selected for the study and randomly divided into two groups of 51 cases each.Children in the control group received rehabilitation training,and children in the observation group received acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training.The motor function,independence,ability of daily living and total clinical effectiveness of the two groups of children were compared.Results The gross motor function measure,weefunctional independence measure for children,and activity of daily living scale scores of the two groups of children before treatment were compared,and there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the above-mentioned scores of children in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rates of clinical treatment of children in the observation group and the control group were 94.12%and 72.55%,respectively the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training can significantly improve the motor function of children with cerebral palsy motor dysfunction,improve their independence and ability of daily living,the effect is remarkable,and it is worthy of clinical application.
