摘要
目的了解三级医院护理人员应对新发突发传染病能力的需求及主要影响因素,建立护理人员应对新发突发传染病能力培训体系。方法采用自行设计的护理人员应对新发突发传染病能力需求调查表,对北京市4所三级医院521名护理人员进行调查。结果护理人员应对新发突发传染病能力需求总分为(123.43±16.75)分,其中预防准备、救护响应以及恢复重建阶段能力需求得分分别为(54.55±7.00)分、(43.41±7.20)分、(25.48±4.64)分。多元线性回归分析显示,学历、一年内参加新发突发传染病培训次数、新发突发传染病应对能力必要性认知评价是三级医院护理人员应对新发突发传染病能力需求的主要影响因素。结论三级医院护理人员应对新发突发传染病能力整体需求较高,护理管理者应以需求为导向,结合研制新发突发传染病护理应对能力指标体系,多方位、多层次考虑护理人员应对能力培训项目内容以满足其需求。
Objective To understand the needs and main influencing factors of nursing staff in tertiary hospitals to cope with new emergent infectious diseases,and establish a training system for nursing staff's ability to cope with new emergent infectious diseases.Methods A self-designed questionnaire on the ability of nursing staff to cope with new emergent infectious diseases was used to investigate 521 nursing staff in 4 tertiary hospitals in Beijing.Results The total score of nursing staff's capacity needs to cope with new emergent infectious diseases was(123.43±16.75),among which the scores of prevention preparedness,ambulance response and recovery and reconstruction were(54.55±7.00),(43.41±7.20)and(25.48±4.64),respectively.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that educational background,the number of training sessions on new emergent infectious diseases within one year,and the cognitive evaluation of the necessity of responding to new emergent infectious diseases were the main influencing factors of nursing staff in tertiary hospitals to cope with new emergent infectious diseases.Conclusion Nursing staff in tertiary hospitals have a high overall demand for their ability to cope with emerging infectious diseases.Nursing managers should be demand-oriented,combine with the development of nursing response ability index system for emerging infectious diseases,and consider the contents of the training program for nursing staff coping ability in a multi-directional and multi-level way to meet their needs.
