摘要
全球化背景下,生物安全成为国家安全的有机组成部分。军队医院作为维护我国生物安全体系的重要防御力量,面临着极为严峻的生物安全形势。该文分析了新时代生物安全形势对军队医院的影响,从生物监测、临床救护和医院感染防控等方面讨论了军队医院面临的挑战,并提出了完善生物威胁防御能力建设、加强生物安全设施储备投入、建设生物安全人才队伍等对策。
Amid globalization,biosecurity has become an integral part of national security.As an important defensive force to maintain biosecurity of China,military hospitals are facing various threats to biosecurity.This article analyzes the impact of current biosecurity on Chinese military hospitals in the new era.At the same time,it discusses the challenges facing Chinese military hospitals in terms of biological monitoring,clinical treatment and prevention and control of hospital infection.Furthermore,this article proposes corresponding countermeasures such as the improvement of biological threat defense capabilities,increased investment in biosecurity facilities and construction of specialized professional teams for biosecurity.
