摘要
目的了解超高海拔地区三级医院医护应急队员突发公共卫生事件应对能力现状,为应对超高海拔地区突发公共卫生事件提供依据。方法采用高海拔地区医护应急队员突发公共卫生事件应急能力调查问卷,对阿里地区3支野战医疗队482名医护应急队员进行调查。结果三级医院医护应急队员突发公共卫生事件应对能力总分为(126.24±14.30)分,得分率为72.12%。多元线性回归分析结果显示,学历(t=7.368,P<0.001)、超高海拔地区训练(t=6.517,P<0.001)、救援经历(t=8.788,P<0.001)、突发公共卫生事件防控和救治一线应对工作经历(t=6.003,P<0.001)是超高海拔地区三级医院医护应急队员突发公共卫生事件应对能力的主要影响因素。结论超高海拔地区三级医院医护应急队员突发公共卫生事件应对能力处于中等水平,应当结合高原病发病特点,注重三级医院医护应急队员高海拔地区的适应性训练,制订系统的应急培训方案及预案,提升其应对突发公共卫生事件的能力。
Objective To understand the current situation and main influencing factors of medical emergency response ability of medical reserve team in ultra-high altitude area,and to provide basis for response to public health emergencies in ultra-high altitude area.Methods Using the questionnaire of emergency response ability of medical emergency personnel in high altitude area,482 medical emergency personnel of 3field medical teams in Ngari area were investigated.Results The total score of the emergency response ability of the medical emergency personnel in tertiary hospitals was(126.24±14.30),and the scoring rate was 72.12%.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that education(t=7.368,P<0.001)and ultra-high altitude training(t=6.517,P<0.001),rescue experience(t=8.788,P<0.001),and work experience of prevention,control and treatment of public health emergencies(t=6.003,P<0.001)were the main factors affecting the response ability of medical emergency team members in tertiary hospitals in ultra-high altitude area.Conclusions The emergency response capability of medical reserve team in third-tier hospitals stationed at high-altitude areas for sudden public health emergencies is at a moderate level.Management should develop a systematic emergency training program and contingency plan tailored to the unique characteristics of high-altitude illness,emphasizing adaptive training for the hospital's emergency response team in these regions to enhance their ability to handle unexpected public health events.
