摘要
目的了解护士参与新型冠状病毒肺炎抗疫的动机,参与抗疫过程中的心理体验。从心理层面出发,旨在提高抗疫护士的身心健康水平,为改善抗疫救援中护理管理工作提供实践参考。方法对在新型冠状病毒肺炎抗疫一线工作的护士运用现象学研究方法,进行半结构访谈,直到资料达到饱和。结果正式完成研究过程的访谈对象为10名。护士在抗疫一线工作有来自体力和情绪的压力,有来自舆论的压力。担心自己的技能和知识无法胜任严峻的抗疫工作。十分渴望抗疫相关知识和技能的集训,但是在繁重的工作面前为自己的工作价值感觉到光荣。通过资料分析以后汇集3个主题。主题1:多元的压力源;主题2:对技能培训和信息的需求;主题3:对职业价值和生活意义的重新认识。结论护理管理人员需要开展周期性的突发公共卫生事件培训,不仅应该包括必要的知识和技能,心理素质的培训和考核也同样重要。
Objective To understand first-line nurses who are fighting back with novel coronavirus disease2019’s motivation to participate in the epidemic prevention and the psychological experience. From the psychological level,it aims to improve the physical and mental health of nurses,and provide practical reference for improving the nursing management in anti-epidemic rescue. Methods 10 nurses in novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic prevention front-line work were interviewed by semi structural interview by phenomenological research method.Results 10 interviewees completed the research process formally. Nurses in the front line of anti-epidemic work have pressure from physical and emotional pressure,pressure from public opinion. They are worried that their skills and knowledge are not competent for the severe anti epidemic work. I am 1 eager for the intensive training of knowledge and skills related to anti epidemic,but I feel honored for my work value in front of heavy work. After data analysis,three themes are collected. Theme 1:multiple stressors;Theme 2:demand for skills training and information;Theme 3:re understanding of professional value and life significance. Conclusion nursing managers need to carry out periodic public health emergency training,including not only necessary knowledge and skills,but also psychological quality training and assessment.
