液相色谱-原子荧光光谱法测定稻谷中无机砷 被引量:3

摘要 通过优化液相色谱柱的分离流速和流动相组成等色谱分离条件,对比了微波辅助提取和稀酸热浸提两种提取方式,建立了以稀酸热浸提、液相色谱柱分离和原子荧光检测来测定稻谷中无机砷含量的方法。试验表明,稀酸热浸提是一种简便有效的提取方式;在该实验条件下,9 min内能实现三价砷和五价砷的完全分离,检测限分别为0.0046 mg/kg和0.0060 mg/kg,回收率在90%~112%。 The method was established by optimizing the separation flow rate and mobile phase composition of liquid chromatography column and comparing the two extraction methods of microwave assisted extraction and dilute acid hot extraction,which established to determine the content of inorganic arsenic in rice by dilute acid hot extraction,liquid chromatography column separation and atomic fluorescence detection.The experiment results showed that hot leaching with dilute acid was a simple and effective method for the extraction of inorganic arsenic.Under this chromatographic condition,two kinds of valent inorganic arsenic could be completely separated within 9 minutes with detection limits of 0.0046 mg/kg and 0.0060 mg/kg,respectively,and the recovery rates were between 90%and 112%.
