摘要
使用等度洗脱的方法,并使用H_2O_2氧化三价砷到五价砷,这样测定五价砷的量即为总的无机砷含量。加标回收率在93%~99%之间,相对标准偏差为1.62%~5.07%之间,该方法有较好的精密度和准确性,适用于食品中无机砷的测定分析。
The amount of pentavalent arsenic is determined as the total inorganic arsenic content by using the method of isometric elution and H2O2 oxidation of trivalent to pentavalent arsenic. The value of recovery rate is between 93 % and 99 %.and the value of RSD was between 1.62 % and 5.07 %.The results showed good precision and accuracy for measurement and analysis of inorganic arsenic in foods.
