摘要
[目的/意义]网络安全是国家安全的重要方面,网络空间的治理也是社会治安综合治理的重要组成部分.Web3.0时代加强对网络风险的治理,对维护国家安全具有重要意义.[方法/过程]分析Web3.0时代的网络安全风险和特点.[结果/结论]提出维护网络安全和信息安全的对策建议和刑法应对措施,有效地维护大数据时代下的网络安全和解决新型网络犯罪问题.
[Purpose/Significance]Network security is an important aspect of national security,and the governance of cyberspace is also an important part of the comprehensive governance of social security.It is of great significance to strengthen the governance of network risks in the era of Web 3.0 to maintain national security.[Method/Process]Through analyzing the risks and characteristics of network security in the era of Web 3.0.[Results/Conclusion]This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for maintaining network security and information security and criminal law responses,in order to effectively maintain network security in the era of big data and solve the problem of new network crime.
