摘要
实施农村人居环境治理是乡村振兴的重要内容,也是满足人民美好生活夙愿的现实需要。文中通过构建农户人居环境治理参与行为的测量维度,围绕农户个体特征、家庭特征和村庄特征,利用黔东南州533个农户调查数据从微观视角分析了少数民族地区农户人居环境治理参与行为的影响因素。研究发现:1)在村生活时间对农户人居环境治理参与行为具有显著促进作用。2)学历越低、家庭年收入越少、需求程度越低和信息公开越少反而农户参与行为发生概率越高。3)农户身体越健康、家庭离村委会越近、家中耕地面积越多、对治理项目了解程度越高、越认可人居环境治理和社会关系网络越好,则农户参与行为发生概率越高。综合看来,少数民族地区农户人居环境治理参与行为的影响因素是多方面且复杂的,治理需同农村文化习俗、经济水平和地理条件相协调,同农户实际需求相适应。
The implementation of rural living environment governance is an important part of rural revitalization,and it is also a practical need to meet the people’s long-cherished wish for a better life.In this paper we analyze the factors influencing the participation behavior of farmers in ethnic minority areas by constructing the measurement dimensions of farmers’participation behavior in habitat and environment governance,focusing on individual characteristics,household characteristics and village characteristics,and using the survey data of 533 farmers in Qiandongnan Prefecture from a microscopic perspective.Study found:1)The duration of living in the village has a significant contribution to farmers’participation behavior in habitat and environment management.2)The lower the education level,the lower the annual household income,the lower the degree of need and the less information disclosure,the higher the probability of farmers’participation behavior.3)The healthier the farmer,the closer the household to the village committee,the more arable land in the household,the more knowledge about the management project,the more recognition of habitat management,and the better the social network,the higher the probability of participation.In conclusion,the factors influencing the participation behavior of rural households in ethnic minority areas are multifaceted and complex,and the governance needs to be coordinated with rural cultural practices,economic level and geographical conditions,and adapted to the actual needs of rural households.
