生态旅游背景下自然保护区农户生计策略转变意愿研究——以庐山国家级自然保护区为例被引量：6

Farmer’s willingness to change livelihood strategy under the background of developing ecotourism——Case study in Lushan National Nature Reserve

摘要在生态旅游持续推进的影响下,自然保护区周边社区的生态环境、经济社会生活发生转变,影响社区农户生计策略选择,推动农户生计方式多样化发展。基于此,探讨庐山国家级自然保护区周边农户生计策略转变意愿的影响机制。对研究区域内18个乡村,506户农户开展调研。结果表明:农户旅游收益认知、管理认知及政策环境认知正向影响其选择生态旅游作为生计策略的意愿,且管理认知的影响程度更大;同时农户成本认知负向影响其选择生态旅游作为生计策略的意愿。因此,管理部门应引导农户树立积极参与理念;各部门通力合作,逐步完善农户参与决策与解决问题的制度体系,提高管理信任度;多样化组织开展旅游职业技能培训,提高农户专业技能水平,可有效提高农户选择生态旅游作为生计策略的意愿。 Under the influence of continuous promotion of ecotourism,the ecological environment and economic and social life of communities around nature reserves have been changed,which influences the choice of livelihood strategies of community farmers and promotes the diversification of farmers’livelihoods.Based on this,we explored the factors and mechanism influencing farmers’willingness to change their livelihood strategies around the Lushan National Nature Reserve by investigating 506 households in 18 villages in the study area.The results showed that the cognitions of tourism benefits,management,and policy environment positively influenced their willingness to choose ecotourism as their livelihood strategy,and the influence of management perceptions was greater than the above two.Meanwhile,the farmers’cognition of costs negatively affected their willingness to choose ecotourism as their livelihood strategy.Therefore,management departments should guide farmers to establish the concepts of participating actively to the ecotourism.Also,all management departments should cooperate with each other at all levels,which will gradually improve the system for farmers to participate in decision-making and problem-solving and increase the management trust between the government and the farmers.Finally,all management departments could carry out tourist vocational skill training to improve the professional skill level of farmers,which can effectively improve farmers’willingness to choose ecotourism as their livelihood strategy.
