摘要
基于人类文明多样性发展规律,全球文明倡议强调以人类文明互鉴交流超越文明冲突,积极倡导国际人文交流合作,进一步凸显了文化在促进国际交流合作与服务人类共同利益中的重要作用。滥觞于两次世界大战期间的文化国际主义意识形态,积极倡导国家间深层次文化的交流互动,努力促进世界和平秩序的建立。其中,以存在主义哲学家为代表的一群欧洲知识分子,传承存在主义精神,通过各种文化活动、文学艺术作品、跨文化知识以及国际教育实践的多元参与,广泛传播和丰富了以人文主义文化观为基础的文化国际主义思想,形成了个体与群体、知识与社会良性互动的国际文化关系建构与传播的理想类型。随着当代全球化的深入发展,世界面临百年未有之大变局,超越民族主义与普世主义,发展“和合共生”的当代新型国际文化观念,充分发挥教育在推动国际交流合作中的重要作用,挖掘文化国际主义作为新型国际关系意识形态的重要价值,对于推动世界文明交流互鉴与把握人类文明传承创新的时代逻辑具有重要现实意义。
Based on the development law of human civilization diversity,the Global Civilization Initiative proposed by Chinese leader emphasizes the importance of mutual learning and exchanges among human civilizations to transcend the conflict of civilization,proactively advocates international cultural exchanges and cooperation,and further highlights the important role of culture in promoting international exchanges and cooperation and serving the common interests of humanity.The cultural internationalist ideology that originated during the two World Wars strongly advocated in-depth cultural exchange and interaction between countries,and worked hard to promote the establishment of a world order of peace.Among them,a group of European existentialist intellectuals,based on the spirit of existentialism,widely disseminated and enriched the cultural internationalism based on humanistic cultural views through various cultural activities,literary and artistic works,cross-cultural knowledge,and international educational practices,forming an ideal type of international cultural relationship construction and dissemination with positive interaction between individuals and groups,knowledge and society.With the deepening development of contemporary globalization,the world is currently undergoing a major transformation that has not been seen in a century.At this juncture,it has important practical significance for promoting the exchange and mutual learning of world civilizations and grasping the historical logic of human civilization inheritance and innovation,by surpassing nationalism and universalism,developing a new type of contemporary international cultural concept of“harmony and coexistence”,fully leveraging the important power of education in promoting international exchanges and cooperation,and exploring the important value of cultural internationalism as a new ideology of international relations.
