摘要
作为理想的现实主义或现实的理想主义,天下体系试图发现对于政治冲突的一个理性化最优解,但不能许诺人人幸福的终极世界,只是设想了一个和平、普遍安全、有着文明活力的可能世界,因此完全区别于所有种类的历史终结论。关于“天下”和“天下主义”,我们需重视如下观点:第一,天下并非乌托邦,而是有现实可能性的理想;第二,天下政治的目的是以化敌为友的能力解决冲突问题,这是一种区别于斗争概念的新政治;第三,天下的设想是基于三个宪法性概念,即世界内部化、关系理性和孔子改善。这三个概念建构了化敌为友的政治概念。
As an ideal realism or realistic idealism,the Tianxia system tries to find a rational and optimal solution to political conflicts,but it can not promise the ultimate world of happiness for all.It only envisages a possible world of peace,universal security and civilized vitality,which is totally different from the ultimate conclusion of history of all kinds.This paper is expounding:firstly,Tianxia is supposed to be a realistic ideal rather than an unrealistic utopia;secondly,Tianxia expects a new concept of politics in terms of the conversion of hostility into hospitality,far from the politics in terms of struggle for power;thirdly,Tianxia system should be based upon three constitutional concepts,including internalization of the world,relational rationality and Confucian improvement,which substantially support the hospitality of Tianxia.
