Reflection on the Training Model Reform of Financial and Economic Talents in the Context of Accelerating the Formation of New Quality Productivity

摘要新质生产力是以数字化、智能化、绿色化为基石,以颠覆性技术创新为驱动,以新兴产业和未来产业为载体,以高效能、高质量发展为主旨,服务高品质生活的新型生产力。不断涌现的新技术、新经济、新业态革新了财经领域的内涵和外延,传统的财经岗位发生了颠覆性变化,创新和变革财经人才培养模式必须顺应新时代生产力和生产关系的内在逻辑。发展新质生产力要求财经人才培养的内涵更体现创新性,培养的模式更具融合性,培养的主体更具多元性,培养的目标和内容更具发展性。当前,财经人才培养模式中存在培养目标不明确、交叉融合条件不充足、数智化改革滞后、培养质量评价不科学等主要问题。为有效应对加速形成新质生产力的现实挑战,应当通过重塑人才培养理念,重构人才培养模式,建立师生共助的教与学新形式,创新人才培养机制等路径,推动人才培养模式改革,为培养高质量财经人才做出积极贡献。 Based on the idea of digitalization,intelligence and green,new quality productivity is a new type of productive forces that serves quality life.It is driven by disruptive technological innovation,takes emerging industries and future industries as the carriers,and pursues efficient and high-quality development.The continuous emergence of new technologies,new economy and new business forms has innovated the connotation and extension of finance and economics,and the traditional financial and economic positions have undergone subversive changes.Innovating and reforming the training model of financial and economic talents must conform to the internal logic of productivity and production relations in the new era.The development of new quality productivity emphasizes a more innovative connotation,a more integrated mode,more diversified subjects and more developmental goals and contents of financial and economic talents training.At present,there are some major problems in the training mode reform of financial and economic talents,such as unclear training objectives,insufficient crossintegration conditions,lagging data-intelligent reform,and unscientific training quality evaluation.In order to effectively respond to the realistic challenges encountered by accelerating the development of new quality productivity,the reform of the talents training mode is promoted through reshaping its concept,reconstructing its form,establishing a new pattern of teaching and learning,and innovating its mechanism,so as to make positive contributions to the talents of high-quality financial and economic talents.
