摘要
应用型院校在人才培养过程中,应当有意识地将创新创业能力融入专业教学中,培养创新思维,增强创业能力,以创业带动就业,对缓解当前高校毕业生就业压力有积极帮助。该文分别从建立健全高校创新创业教育体系、政企校联合推动创新创业人才培养等方面,就如何做好创新创业人才培养提出了几点建议。
In the process of talent training,application-oriented colleges and universities should consciously integrate the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship into professional teaching,cultivate innovative thinking,enhance the ability of entrepreneurship,drive employment with entrepreneurship,to alleviate the current college graduate’s employment pressure has a positive help.This paper puts forward some Suggestions on how to train innovative and entrepreneurial talents from the aspects of establishing and improving the education system of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities,and promoting the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents jointly by government,enterprises and schools.
