摘要
围绕现代产业学院发展和变革中的典型问题,根据现代产业学院的建设原则和任务目标,梳理出共建现代产业学院过程中存在的问题与现实困境,厘清现代产业学院的办学机制、投资机制、管理机制,进一步完善和改革其运行机制、保障机制,在实践中逐步凝练现代产业学院人才培养模式,探索出一条产业高技能人才培养新路径。
Focusing on the typical problems in the development and reform of the modern institute of industry,according to the construction principles and task objectives of the modern institute of industry,this paper combs out the problems and practical difficulties in the process of jointly building the modern institute of industry,clarifies the school running system,investment system and management system of the modern institute of industry,and further improves and reforms its operation mechanism,and guarantee mechanism.In practice,gradually refine the talent training mode of modern industrial college,and explore a new way of training industrial high skilled talents.
