摘要
在我国大力推进职业教育改革过程中,产业学院成为产教融合体制改革的一个重要抓手,进一步推动了职业院校混合所有制、股份制办学改革。产业学院是实现教育与产业一体化发展、融通教育链和产业链、解决人才供给侧结构性矛盾的重大战略举措,是高职院校提升人才培养适应性的重要载体。温州科技职业学院与阿里巴巴(中国)网络技术有限公司共建了数字商业产业学院,其运行是数字商贸专业群产教融合的实践。通过对运行模式的总结和具体做法的阐述,展示了数字商业产业学院模式推进产教协同育人机制的成效,证明了该模式能有效破解产教分离及校企融合难的困局。
In the process of vigorously promoting vocational education reform in China,industrial college has become an important starting point for the reform of industry-education integration system,further promoting the reform of mixed ownership and joint-stock school running in vocational colleges.The industrial college is an important strategic measure to realize the integrated development of education and industry,integrate the educational chain and industrial chain,and solve the structural contradiction of talent supply side.It is also an important carrier for higher vocational colleges to improve the adaptability of talent training.Wenzhou Vocational College of Science&Technology and Alibaba(China)Network Technology Co.,Ltd.jointly built the Industry College of Digital Business.The operation of the college is a practice of the integration of industry and education in the digital business professional group.Through the summary of operation mode and the elaboration of specific practices,this paper shows the effect of the Industry College of Digital Business mode in promoting the mechanism of industry-education collaborative education and proves that this mode can effectively break the dilemma of separation of industry and education and the difficulty of school-enterprise integration.
