Research on Talent Training Mechanism of Industrial College with Deep Integration of Industry and Education——Take the Intelligent Construction Industrial College of Henan University of Urban Construction as an Example

摘要以河南城建学院智慧建造产业学院为例,提出了“3+1+2”产教融合培养人才的教育理念。河南城建学院通过搭建产教深度融合平台,创新校企合作,推动了办学理念、专业建设、课程体系、课堂教学、师资队伍建设等变革。在目前国家推行高校“双一流”建设、深化产教融合的时代背景下,河南城建学院智慧建造产业学院实施的校企合作、产教融合人才培养新模式,将对地方高校培养创新人才起到良好的示范作用。 Taking the intelligent construction industrial college of Henan University of Urban Construction as an example,puts forward the educational concept of"3+1+2"integration of industry and education to cultivate talents.By building a platform for deep integration of industry and education and innovating school enterprise cooperation,Henan University of Urban Construction has promoted the transformation of school running concept,specialty construction,curriculum system,classroom teaching,teacher team construction,etc.Under the background of"double first-class construction"of colleges and universities and deepening the integration of industry and education,the new mode of school enterprise cooperation and integration of industry and education talent training implemented by the intelligent construction industry college of Henan University of Urban Construction will play a good exemplary role in training innovative talents for local colleges and universities.
