摘要
习近平法治思想系统回答了未来中国法治建设的重大理论和实践问题,明确提出了加快推进全面依法治国的总蓝图、路线图和施工图,是建设社会主义法治强国的思想旗帜和理论灯塔。在全面依法治国新征程中,应以习近平法治思想为指导,坚持党对全面依法治国的领导,统筹推进法治中国建设,提高立法工作质量效率,加快法治政府建设,深入推进政法领域改革,加快法治经济建设,加快法治社会建设,加强权力制约监督,加快涉外法治工作战略布局,建设新型国际法治,创新法治人才培养机制,推动我国从法治大国走向法治强国。
Xi Jinping Thought on Rule of Law has answered the major theoretical and practical problems of China’s future Rule of Law,and clearly put forward the general blueprint,road map,and construction plan for speeding up the overall Rule of Law,which is the ideological banner and theoretical beacon for building a socialist country ruled by law.Guided by Xi Jinping’s Thought,we should adhere to the leadership of the party in the overall Rule of Law,promote the construction of the Rule of Law in China,improve the quality and efficiency of the legislative work,speed up the construction of the government ruled by law,deepen the reform of the political and legal field,accelerate the construction of the economy ruled by law,speed up the construction of the society ruled by law,strengthen the supervision and control of power,accelerate strategic layout of foreign-related Rule of Law,construct a new type of international Rule of Law,innovate the legal personnel training mechanism,so as to promote China from a big country ruled by law to a strong country ruled by law.
