摘要
"依法治国和依规治党有机统一"具有鲜明的价值内涵和目标指向、充分的现实依据和时代特色,蕴含着深厚的法理意蕴与丰富的实践价值。坚持党的集中统一领导、注重党内法规同国家法律的衔接协调、强化权力运行的制约和监督,是统筹推进依法治国和依规治党的实现路径。习近平法治思想科学回答了统筹推进依法治国和依规治党的政治立场、价值取向、发展模式、动力机制、路径方法等一系列重大理论和实践问题,从而引领着当代中国法治建设和党的建设的深刻变革与发展。
