摘要
文章重点阐述了当前欧美、日本和中国食品接触用硅橡胶产品的监管法规以及管控指标要求,归纳总结出食品接触用硅橡胶产品应关注的潜在风险点,并提出规避潜在风险点的合理化建议,旨在进一步提升我国食品接触用硅胶产品质量水平,打破出口欧盟贸易壁垒。
This paper focuses on the current regulatory regulations and control index requirements for silicone rubber products used in food contact in Europe,America,Japan and China,summarizes the potential risk points that should be paid attention to for food contact silicone rubber products,and puts forward suggestions for rational avoidance of potential risk points.This paper aims to further improve the quality of our country’s food contact silicone products and break the EU trade barriers.
