摘要
针对GD414硅橡胶在实际使用中硫化时间过长的问题,通过试验找到提高其硫化速度的方法,在不同温度、湿度条件下对GD414硅橡胶的表干时间、消粘时间及硫化深度进行测试分析,找出了使用过程中最佳温湿度,提出提高固化效率的措施,并就GD414实际使用提出建议。
Since the curing time of GD414 silicone rubber is too long in practical use,the method of increasing the curing speed was found by experiment.The surface drying time,unsticking time and curing depth of GD414 silicone rubber under different temperature and humidity conditions were tested and analyzed,found out the optimum temperature and humidity in use process,put forward to reduce the curing time,and raise some effective measures to improve the curing efficiency,to provide the reference for actual work.
