摘要
采用吹扫-捕集/气相色谱-质谱法测定废水中苯胺类化合物。当水样体积为5.0mL、pH值为8.0、吹扫时间为30min、吹扫温度为50℃时,苯胺、邻甲苯胺、间甲苯胺、N、N-二甲基苯胺的检出限分别为0.001、0.001、0.0001、0.0005mg/L。实际废水样品测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)≤4.26%,加标回收率为94.4%~98.6%。
The purge & trap and gas chromatography with mass selected detector is adopted to determine aniline compounds in waste water. When the sample solution (5.0 mL, pH=8.0)was purged at 50 ℃ for 30 minutes, the detection limit of aniline, m-toluidine, o-toluidine, and N, N-dimethyl aniline were 0.001 mg/L, 0.001 mg/L, 0.000 1 mg/L and 0.000 5 mg/L, respectively. Relative standard deviation for wastewater measurement was lower than 4.26%, and recoveries were in a range of 94.4% to 98.6%.
