摘要
折叠式电热水壶与传统电热水壶不同,采用硅胶材质作为壶体,具有方便收纳、轻巧便携等特点,近年来备受消费者青睐,但由于相关的标准更新不及时,企业在生产过程中缺少相关规范指导,导致产品质量参差不齐,存在安全隐患。本文以试验研究为基础,并从行业概况、标准现状分析、产品质量安全状况及标准化工作的展望等方面进行分析,提出产品潜在的风险并给出相关改进建议及未来标准化工作方向。
Different from the traditional electric kettle,the folding electric kettle uses silica gel material as its body,which has the characteristics of convenient storage,light weight and portability.In recent years,it has been favored by consumers.However,due to the untimely updating of relevant standards,enterprises lack relevant specifications and guidance in the production process,resulting in uneven product quality and potential safety hazards.Based on the experimental research,this paper analyzes the industry overview,standard status,product quality and safety status and prospect of standardization work,puts forward the potential risks of products,and provides relevant suggestions for improvement and the direction for future standardization work.
