摘要
中国共产党的民族政策在中国不同历史时期的实践侧重点有所不同,表现形式有所差异,但是都体现了人民至上的政策设计理念,结合了时代和人民需求。民族政策的演进发展具有坚持以人民为中心,立足党和人民事业全局,维护群众根本利益的鲜明特质。中国共产党通过民族政策实践,实现了各民族一律平等,构建了社会主义新型民族关系,推动了民族地区全面发展进步,铸牢中华民族共同体意识,不断创造各族人民群众美好生活,凝聚了中华民族走向复兴的磅礴伟力。
The Chinese Communist Party’s ethnic policies have different emphases and manifestations according to different historical practice.However,all of them reflect the“People-centered”policy concept,combining with the demand of the times and the people.In addition,their evolution and development also reflect the distinctive traits of adhering to the“People-centered”posi⁃tion,the overall situation of the Party and the people’s cause and safeguarding the fundamental interests of the people.Through the practice of ethnic policies,the Chinese Communist Party has realized equality of all ethnic groups,built a new kind of socialist eth⁃nic relationship,promoted the full-scale development and progress of the ethnic areas,consolidated the basic elements of the Chi⁃nese nation community,continuously created a better life for all ethnic groups,and embodied the majestic force of the Chinese na⁃tion toward rejuvenation.
