摘要
课程思政充分发挥专业课程育人作用,实现价值塑造、知识传授和能力培养有机融合,引领企业经营沙盘实训教学改革。基于沙盘实训课程思政实践,构建以“企业家精神”为核心的课程思政元素与内容,探索“目标—内容—方法”为主线的课程思政实施路径,为新商科实训课程思政改革提供借鉴,推动我国高技能、高素质应用型人才培养。
The ideological education in the curriculum plays an important role in the professional education, which realize the organic integration of value shaping, knowledge imparting and ability training, and lead the curriculum reform of enterprise management sand table simulation training. Based on the practice of ideological education in this curriculum, this paper develops the ideological education elements and contents of the curriculum with the " Spirit of Zhejiang Merchants " as the core, and explore the implementation path of ideological education in the curriculum with "Goal-Content-Method" as the main line, so as to provide reference for ideological education in the new business training curriculums and promote the cultivation of high-skilled and high-quality applicationoriented talents in China.
