摘要
                
                    目的:探讨基于BOPPPS模型结合超星学习通的混合式教学模式在妇产科临床教学中的应用效果。方法:选取武汉大学第一临床医学院2018级临床医学本科80名学生为研究对象,随机分为两组,均由五名水平相当的高年资主治医师进行临床带教,对照组采用传统小讲课和技能培训,试验组采用BOPPPS模型结合超星学习通进行混合式临床教学,结束后分别对两组学生理论知识和临床技能进行评估,并采用问卷调查的方法收集两组学生对教学的反馈。结果:试验组学生的理论和技能成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,试验组学生认为混合式教学模式能够更好地调动学习主动性、提高学习效率及建立临床思维。结论:BOPPPS模型结合超星学习通的混合式教学模式值得在妇产科临床教学中推广。
                
                Objectives:To explore the effectiveness of the blended teaching model based on BOPPPS combined with SuperStar Learning Platform in clinical teaching for obstetrics and gynaecology. Methods: The eighty undergraduate students from the class of 2018 studying at the First Clinical Medical School of Wuhan University were selected for the study. They were randomly divided into two groups, each of which was clinically taught by five senior attending doctors of comparable level. The control group used traditional teaching modes, including regular teaching lectures and skills training. At the same time, the experimental group used BOPPPS mode combined with superstar learning platform to conduct clinical teaching. At the end of teaching, the theoretical knowledge and clinical skills of two groups of students were evaluated, and their feedback on teaching was collected by means of questionnaires. Results: Students in the experimental group achieved higher scores in both theoretical knowledge and clinical skills than students in control group.The students in the experimental group thought that the blended teaching mode could better mobilize their learning initiative, and establish clinical thinking. Conclusions:The blended teaching model based on BOPPPS model combined with SuperStar Learning Platform could advance the development of clinical teaching in obstetrics and gynaecology.
