摘要
目的观察BOPPPS教学模组的混合式教学模式在《急诊医学》课程中的应用效果。方法借助腾讯会议平台,选取临床医学专业2020级(98例)为实验组,采用混合教学;2021级(101例)为对照组,沿用传统BOPPPS教学。对比两组学生的理论、实践考核成绩及问卷反馈(含教学满意度、课程与教师评价),并评估学生自评的自主学习能力、专业知识与技能、临床思维及课堂专注度变化,探究混合教学对学生行为、态度、观念的潜在影响。结果BOPPPS混合式教学模式实验组在理论及实践考核中成绩均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示,其在教学方法、课程、教师满意度及学生自主学习、专业知识技能、临床思维、课堂专注度等方面均展现优越性(P<0.05),有助于促进学生行为、态度、观念的积极转变。结论BOPPPS混合式教学模式在《急诊医学》中应用,能显著提升学生成绩与临床思维,为其他课程提供宝贵借鉴。
Objective:To explore the application effects of a blended teaching model based on the BOPPPS instructional module in the course of emergency medicine.Methods:Using the Tencent Meeting platform,a total of 98 students from the clinical medicine major of the 2020 grade were selected as the experimental group,employing blended teaching,while 101 students from the 2021 grade were selected as the control group,continuing with traditional BOPPPS teaching.The theoretical and practical examination scores between the two groups were compared,and feedback was collected through questionnaires(including teaching satisfaction,course and teacher evaluations).Additionally,changes in students'self-assessed autonomous learning ability,professional knowledge and skills,clinical thinking,and classroom attentiveness were assessed to investigate the potential impact of blended teaching on student behavior,attitude,and perception.Statistical analysis was conducted to derive conclusions.Results:The experimental group using the BOPPPS blended teaching model showed significantly better performance in both theoretical and practical assessments compared with the control group(P<0.05).Questionnaire results indicated superiority in teaching methods,course content,teacher satisfaction,students'autonomous learning,professional knowledge and skills,clinical thinking,and classroom attentiveness(P<0.05),which contributed positively to students'behavior,attitude,and perception.Conclusion:The application of the BOPPPS blended teaching model in emergency medicine significantly enhances students'academic performance and clinical thinking,which can provide valuable insights for other courses.
