摘要
                
                    目的探究与分析病例引导式教学方法在实验诊断教学改革中的应用及对五年制医学生教育效果。方法选取2016年6月—2018年6月进行学习的五年制医学生80人作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各40人,对照组仅采用基础的教学方法,观察组在对照组基础上加用病例引导式教学法,对比两组医学生实验诊断教学的结果。结果观察组与对照组相比名词解释、填空题、问答题三个方面的评分均较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组相比教学效果满意度较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规教学方法的基础上加用病例引导式教学方法应用于医学生实验诊断教学过程中能够明显提高教学效果。
                
                Objective To explore and analyze the application of casedirected teaching method in experimental diagnosis teaching reform and the effect of five-year medical students.Methods A total of 80 five-year medical students who studied from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 students in each group.The control group was only taught with the basic teaching method,the observation group was added the case-directed teaching method on the basis of the control group and the results of the laboratory diagnostics teaching of the two groups of medical students were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of noun explanation,blank-filling ones and essay questions were higher in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the students in observation group were more satisfied with the teaching effect,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of the conventional teaching method,the case-directed teaching method can be applied in the experimental teaching process of medical students to improve the teaching effect.
