摘要
目的 探讨基于以案例为基础(case-based learning,CBL)的同伴角色扮演法在临床医学专业实习生体表肿物实践教学中的应用效果。方法 以2022年2月至2023年5月在宁波大学附属第一医院实习的62名五年制临床医学专业学生为研究对象,试验组采用基于CBL的同伴角色扮演法,对照组采用传统教学法。课程结束后进行理论、技能考核及教学满意度评价。结果 课程结束后,试验组理论成绩、技能成绩及教学满意度均优于对照组。结论 基于CBL的同伴角色扮演法有助于提高体表肿物实践教学质量及教学满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)peer role-playing method in the practical te-aching of surface tumors for clinical medical interns.Methods 62 five-year clinical medicine students who interned at the First Affiliated Hospital of Ningbo University from February 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The experimental group received CBL based peer role-playing method,while the control group received traditional teaching method.After the course,theoret ical and skill assessments were conducted,as well as teaching satisfaction evaluations.Results After the course,the experimental group had better theoretical scores,skill scores,and teaching satisfaction than the control group.Conclusion Peer role-playing based on CBL can help improve the quality and satisfaction of practical teaching for surface tumors.
