摘要
新时代党和国家对研究生导师队伍建设提出了更加明确的要求,研究生教育作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,导师是研究生成长成才的引路人,导师队伍的整体素质对提高研究生培养质量起着关键作用。文章探讨了研究生导师立德树人教育的重要性,分析了当前导师队伍建设过程中存在的问题,最后提出了加强导师队伍建设的对策,以期逐步完善导师队伍建设并使之制度化与长效化。
In the new era,the Party and the state have put forward more explicit requirements for the construction of the team of graduate tutors.As an important part of China's higher education,graduate education is a guide for graduate students to grow up.The overall quality of the team of tutors plays a key role in improving the quality of graduate education.The article explores the importance of moral education for graduate supervisors,analyzes the problems existing in the current process of building a mentor team,and finally proposes countermeasures to strengthen the construction of the mentor team,with the aim of gradually improving the construction of the mentor team and making it institutionalized and long-term effective.
