校企合作背景下“双师型”教师职业能力要求及培养路径 被引量:5

The Professional Ability Requirements and Training Path of Double-qualified Teachers under the Background of School-enterprise Cooperation

摘要 校企合作是指学校与企业建立的一种合作模式,其注重培养质量,注重在校学习与企业实践,注重学校与企业资源、信息共享的“双赢”,校企合作办学是现代职业教育人才培养的重要途径,对推动职业教育高质量发展具有重要意义。“双师型”教师是促进校企合作、培养学生的职业素养和推动职业教育改革的重要力量。文章通过分析校企合作办学的不同模式及其特点,探讨了校企合作背景下对“双师型”教师职业技能的需求,在此基础上阐述了培养“双师型”教师职业技能的具体路径。 School enterprise cooperation refers to a cooperative model established between schools and enterprises,which emphasizes the quality of training,school learning and enterprise practice,and the"win-win"sharing of resources and information between schools and enterprises.School enterprise cooperation in running schools is an important way to cultivate talents in modern vocational education,and is of great significance in promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.Double qualified teachers are an important force in promoting school enterprise cooperation,cultivating students'professional literacy,and promoting vocational education reform.The article analyzes the different modes and characteristics of school enterprise cooperation in running schools,explores the demand for professional skills of"double qualified"teachers under the background of school enterprise cooperation,and on this basis,elaborates on the specific path to cultivate professional skills of"double qualified"teachers.
