摘要
“双高计划”对高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设提出了新的要求。目前我国高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设存在规模不足、结构不合理、统筹规划欠缺、实践水平偏低、评价标准缺乏等问题。结合“双高计划”的要求,高职院校可以制订“双师型”教师队伍建设发展规划,建立“双师型”教师评价标准和教师培养体系,拓展引才渠道,选拔和培养教学名师,建设优秀教学团队,校企共建“双师型”教师培训基地,提升“双师型”教师队伍建设水平。
The"Excellent Higher Vocational College Plan"puts forward new requirements for the construction of"double-qualified"teaching staff in higher vocational colleges.At present,the construction of"double-qualified"teaching staff in higher vocational colleges in China has problems such as insufficient scale,unreasonable structure,lack of overall planning,low level of practice,and lack of evaluation standards.In combination with the requirements of the"Excellent Higher Vocational College Plan",it is possible to develop a development plan for the"double-qualified"teaching staff,establish a"double-qualified"teachers evaluation standard,build a"double-qualified"teachers training system,expand the channel of talent introduction,and select and cultivate teaching masters,build excellent teaching teams,and schools and enterprises jointly build a"double-qualified"teachers training base,etc.,and improve the construction level of"double-qualified"teaching staff.
