摘要
完善新型研发机构的知识产权管理,是推动新型研发机构健康有序发展的重要手段。新型研发机构的知识产权管理工作是科研机构制度建设的重要组成部分,文章基于社会学制度理论,以规则性、规范性和文化认知性三类制度基础要素为出发点,应用传递者视角下的制度分析框架对新型研发机构知识产权管理的制度现状进行探讨。研究发现新型研发机构在知识产权管理过程中存在不同程度的制度基础要素缺位环节,由此提出补足规制性要素、完善规范性要素与强化文化认识要素的建议。
Improving the intellectual property management of new R&D institutions is an important means to promote the healthy and orderly development of new R&D institutions.Intellectual property management of new R&D institutions is an important part of the system construction of scientific research institutions.Based on the sociological institutional theory,this paper takes the three basic institutional elements of regulative,normative and cultural-cognitive as the starting point,and uses the institutional analysis framework from the perspective of transmitter to explore the institutional status of intellectual property management of new R&D institutions.The study found that the new R&D institutions have different degrees of absence of institutional basic elements in the process of intellectual property management,and thus puts forward suggestions to supplement regulative elements,improve normative elements and strengthen cultural-cognitive elements.
