摘要
实现质量变革、效率变革、动力变革,是职业教育高质量发展的重要路径。在协同治理视角下,发展职业教育在理论和实践上具有新的逻辑内涵,二者的结合客观上延伸了协同治理理论的应用场域,也折射了中国式现代化在职业教育层面的缩影。当前,职业教育在教师队伍稳步提质、办学模式创新优化、构建动态评估的反馈机制等方面存在现实困境。职业教育应立足协同治理与“三维变革”的实践要求,采取如下措施:整合多元协同主体,夯实质量变革的物质基础;打造数字协同模式,探索效率变革的协作方法;强化协同治理机制,优化动力变革的顶层设计。
Reforms in quality,efficiency and dynamics are important paths for the high-quality development of vocational education.Fromthe perspective of collaborative governance,the development of vocational education embodies newlogic in both theory and practice,the combination of which extends the application of collaborative governance theory,and is an epitome of Chinese path to modernization in vocational education.Currently,difficulties exist in steadily improving the quality of the faculty,innovating and optimizing educational models,and constructing a feedback mechanismfor dynamic evaluation.Vocational education should be based on the practical requirements of collaborative governance and“three-dimensional transformation”,taking the following measures such as integrating multiple collaborative entities to boost the quality transformation,establishing a digital collaboration model to explore ways of efficiency transformation,strengthening the collaborative governance mechanism to optimize the top-level design for dynamics transformation.
