摘要
围绕研究生个性化和创新能力的培养,对国外高校研究生培养进行了对比研究,分析了目前研究生培养过程存在的问题,提出了"本科生科研",构建了导师培养团队等研究生创新型人才培养模式。从学科交叉与跨界融合的角度出发,深度挖掘研究生创新能力培养的潜力,构建引进来、送出去的培养体系与机制,多渠道拓宽研究生的国际视野。培养具备国际视野的交叉学科研究生,旨在促使研究生运用多学科的思维方式,提高研究生的创新能力。
Focusing on the cultivation of personalized postgraduates with innovative abilities, a comparative study of postgraduates’ cultivation with foreign universities was conducted. Based on an analysis of the existing problems in our training, some innovative training modes for postgraduates were put forward, such as "undergraduates doing research work" and "tutors forming training teams". From the perspective of interdisciplinary education and cross-border integration, a training system of talents bringing in and sending out has been constructed and the international vision of the graduate students has been broadened through various channels. The purpose of these changes is to turn out interdisciplinary postgraduates with an international perspective as well as multidisciplinary thinking and innovative abilities.
