地方高校产教融合推进内涵式发展的逻辑分析和路径选择 被引量:33

The Logical Analysis and Path Selection for Promoting Local Colleges and Universities’ Connotation Development by Production and Education Integration

摘要 内涵式发展是我国高等教育政策调整的必然结果,是后扩招时代高等教育的因应之策,是建设高等教育强国的现实需要。产教融合是地方高校"初心与使命"在新时代的具体体现,是贯彻落实党的教育方针政策的有效行动,是后扩招时代转型发展的必由之路。产教融合和内涵式发展在逻辑关系上具有目标导向、政策指向和实施路径的一致性。推动地方高校实现内涵式发展,要树立以需求和融合为导向的办学理念重塑新时代使命,走上以产教融合完善地方高校治理体系,提高治理能力;围绕产教融合改革学科专业、课程体系和培养模式,重塑人才培养体系的发展道路。 Connotative development is the inevitable result of China’s higher education policy adjustment,the response to post-enrollment expansion era of China’s higher education,and the realistic need of building a powerful higher education country.The integration of production and education is the concrete embodiment of local colleges and universities’original intention and mission in new era,an effective way to carry out the Party’s educational policies and guidelines,and the only way for transformation and development in the post-enrollment expansion era.The integration of industry and education and the connotation development have the consistency of target orientation,policy orientation and implementation path in the logical relation.To promote the connotation development of local colleges and universities,it is necessary to establish a demand-oriented and integration-oriented university philosophy,improve the ability of trans-boundary thinking,and reshape the new era mission,integrate industry and education to perfect the governance system of local colleges and universities,improve the governance ability with industry demand as the guide,reform the development path of talent training system by reforming discipline,curriculum system and training mode around the integration of industry and education.
