摘要
推进高等教育现代化,要以全面提高人才质量为核心,着力推进高等教育治理体系和治理能力现代化。全面提高高校人才培养质量,要坚持党的全面领导和社会主义办学方向,坚持德育为先、德学兼修,构建更高水平的人才培养体系,进一步加强教育教学质量保障体系建设。科教融合、产教融合、理实融合培养人才是三个有机联系、不可或缺的着力点。科教融合是世界一流大学办学的核心理念;产教融合是产业与教育的深度合作,是高校提高人才培养质量的必然选择;理实融合是教育教学的基本规律。
To promote the modernization of higher education,we should focus on improving the quality of talentsin an all-round way,and strive to modernize the governance system and capacity of higher education.In order toimprove the quality of personnel training in Colleges and universities,we must adhere to the overall leadership ofthe Party and the socialist direction of running schools,adhere to moral education as the first and combine moraleducation with learning,build a higher level of personnel training system,and further strengthen the construction ofeducation and teaching quality assurance system.The integrations of science and education,production andeducation,as well as the integration of theory and practice are three important points in talents cultivating.Integration of science and education is the core running idea of world-class universities.The integration of industryand education is the deep cooperation between industry and education,and it is an inevitable choice for colleges anduniversities to improve the quality of personnel training.The combination of theory and practice is the basic law ofeducation and teaching.
