摘要
通过对工业机器人生产商、集成商、应用企业开展调研,分析出工业机器人技术专业岗位需求。根据工业机器人技术专业教学标准,参照国家职业技能标准,针对工业机器人相关岗位需求和1+X工业机器人职业技能等级证书考核内容,结合地方政策,分解职业岗位能力,将其有机融入到工业机器人技术专业核心课程中,构建课程体系。通过课证融合,提高了学生的考证通过率,提高了教师团队的整体教学能力。最后,针对工业机器人职业技能大赛的要求,提出了工业机器人技术专业课程改革和课程体系构建的思路。
The paper analyzes the professional job demand of industrial robot technology through the investigation of industrial robot manufacturers,integrator and application enterprises.The construction of the curriculum system is based on the teaching standards of industrial robot technology,referring to the national vocational skill standards,aiming at the requirements of industrial robots related positions and the examination content of 1+X industrial robot vocational skill level certificate.Combined with the local policies,the vocational post abilities are decomposed and organically integrated into the core curriculum of industrial robot technology.The passing rate of students'certificate and the overall teaching abilities are improved through the integration of course and certificates.Finally,in view of the requirements of industrial robot vocational skill competition,the paper puts forward the ideas of course reform and course system construction of industrial robot technology major.
