高职院校学生专业技能竞赛现状、措施及国赛备赛策略——基于城轨运营专业的实践

摘要学生专业技能竞赛是专业课程教学的高端展示。以城市轨道交通运营管理专业为例分析高职院校学生专业技能竞赛组织现状,发现其中存在的问题包括:专业技能竞赛的举办缺乏连续性,实训设备难以满足竞赛设备要求,参赛学生缺乏梯队培养机制,竞赛指导教师梯队建设不完善。从常态化开展校级竞赛、省赛国赛学生选拔、指导教师梯队建设等方面提出学生专业技能竞赛培育措施。基于6年指导学生专业技能竞赛省赛国赛获奖经验,从竞赛技术规程研判、竞赛训练方案制定、强化院校间交流互动、模拟竞赛场景四方面总结出国赛备赛策略,为轨道交通类相关专业突破国家级学生专业技能竞赛获奖成果提供借鉴。 Students'professional skills competition is a high-grade display of professional course teaching.Taking the urban rail transit operation and management major as an example,the paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of vocational college students'professional skills competition organization.There are such problems as the lack of continuity in the holding of professional skills competition,the difficulty of training equipment to meet the requirements of competition equipment,the lack of echelon training mechanism for participating students,and the imperfect construction of the echelon of competition instructors.It puts forward the cultivation measures of students'professional skills competition from the aspects of normalizing school-level competition,selecting students for national competition in provincial competition and the guiding teachers'echelon construction.Based on 6 years'experiences in guiding students to win prizes in provincial and national professional skills competitions,the paper summarizes the strategies for national competitions from four aspects:the research and judgment of competition technical regulations,the formulation of competition training plans,the strengthening of exchanges and interactions between colleges and universities,and the simulation of competition scenarios,so as to provide reference for rail transit related majors to break through the award-winning results of national students'professional skills competitions.
