摘要
国土空间发展格局作为国土空间规划编制的一项核心内容,其确定依据目前尚待纳入历史格局的考察,以利于历史文化的保护与传承和城市地域环境的可持续发展.本研究从生态足迹和文化足迹视角提出一种融合历史演进特征分析的城市空间发展格局规划思路.并以古都西安为例,从遗迹、环境、关系三要素入手,首先梳理不同历史时期国土空间格局,叠合确定西安历史文化综合格局,并揭示其格局演进的历史轨迹.进而以综合格局为基础,以历史轨迹为指向,提出未来西安跨越渭河建设北部新城的国土空间发展战略和“渭水贯都、南北双城”的新格局愿景.本研究可为西安及相似历史文化古城的城市发展格局划定提供借鉴.
As a core content of thecompilation of territorial spatial planning,the basis for determining the national spatial development pattern has yet to be incorporated into the assessment of historical patterns,so as to promote the protection and inheritance of the historical heritage and the sustainable development of the urban territorial environment.This study proposes a new approach to delineating urban development patternsfrom the perspectives of ecological footprint and cultural footprint,which integrates the analysis of historical evolution characteristics.Taking the ancient capital of Xi'an as an example,starting from the three elements of relics,environment,and relationships,firstly,the spatial patterns of land in different historical periods is sorted out to overlap and determine the comprehensive historical and cultural pattern of Xi'an,and reveal the historical trajectory of its pattern evolution.Furthermore,based on the comprehensive pattern and guided by historical trajectory,the study proposes a spatial development strategy for Xi'an to build a new northern city across the Wei River in the future,as well as a vision of a new pattern of“Wei River running through the metropolis,and two cities in the north and south”.This study can provide reference for the delineation of urban development patterns in Xi'an and similar historical and cultural ancient cities.
