摘要
在中国快速城镇化的大背景下,农业人口市民化问题得到了学界的持续关注。文章将2010—2017共五次的中国综合调查数据(CGSS)进行合并,考察了“农转非”身份与创业之间的关系,并基于此探讨了农业人口的市民化问题。研究发现:第一“,农转非”身份会促进创业,该结论在用倾向得分匹配法进行验证后依然成立;第二“,农转非”身份促进了创业强度;第三“,农转非”身份会促进创业,一是因为具有“农转非”身份的个体缺乏与原城市居民平等的外部就业机会,二是因为“农转非”过程的选拔性导致拥有该身份的个体往往具有更适合创业的个人禀赋。研究结果表明,即使获得城市户口,城市的新移民与原居民依然是两个存在诸多不同的群体,城市户口的获得与市民化的完成是两个不同步的过程。
In the context of China’s rapid urbanization,the issue of the citizenship of the agricultural population has received sustained attention from academics.With the combination of five years’data of the China General Survey(CGSS)from 2010 to 2017,this article examines the relationship between the change from“agricultural to non-agricultural”status and entrepreneurship,and further discusses the citizenization of the agricultural population.The study found that firstly,the status from being“agricultural to non-agricultural”promotes entrepreneurship,and this finding was validated using the propensity score matching method.Secondly,it also promotes entrepreneurial intensity.Thirdly,it enhances entrepreneurship,for the reason that individuals with the status from being“agricultural to non-agricultural”lack external employment opportunities on an equal footing with former urban residents,and on the other hand the selection of such process results in individuals with this status tending to be more suitable for entrepreneurship.This article shows that even after acquiring an urban hukou,the new urban migrants and the original residents are still two different groups,and that the acquisition of an urban hukou and the completion of citizenship are two different processes.
