摘要
新时代生态法治理论体系的构建,对于落实习近平生态文明思想具有重要意义。构建生态法治理论体系,要厘清理论的基石、理论的关键内核、理论的体系外延。习近平生态文明思想为生态法治理论体系的构建提供了指导,"和谐共生论"是生态法治理论的基石,"两山论"是生态法治理论的关键内核,"生态环境制度论""生态红线论""生态系统论""人类命运共同体论"则构成了生态法治理论的体系外延。三个方面内容的相互结合,共同构成了新时代生态法治的理论体系。
The construction of the theoretical system of ecological rule of law in the new era is of great significance to the implementation of Xi Jinping’s thought of ecological civilization.To construct the theoretical system of ecological rule of law,the cornerstone of the theory,the key core of the theory and the system extension of the theory should be clarified.Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought provides ideological nourishment for the construction of ecological rule of law theory system."Harmony symbiosis theory"is the cornerstone of ecological rule of law theory."Two mountains theory"is the key core of ecological rule of law theory,and"ecological environment system theory""ecological red line""ecosystem theory"and"human destiny community theory"constitute the system extension of the ecological rule of law theory.The combination of the three aspects together constitutes the theoretical system of ecological rule of law in the new era.
