摘要
中国共产党的领导是中国特色社会主义最本质的特征,也是中国特色社会保障事业取得瞩目成就的根本原因。中国共产党的社会保障理念源于其马克思主义政党的政治属性和全心全意为人民服务的根本宗旨。它既在不同的历史阶段指导着社会保障的改革与实践,也在新时代实现了全面的丰富与升华。坚持以人民为中心的初心使命,坚持制度引领并不断完善制度体系,坚持中国特色社会主义制度和治理优势与中国特色社会保障道路,坚持问题导向、循序渐进等工作原则和方法,是中国共产党领导我国社会保障事业取得成功的重要历史经验。
The leadership of the CPC is not only the defining feature of socialism with Chinese Characteristics but also the reason for the tremendous achievement in building China’s social security system.The CPC’s ideas on social security,originated from its political nature as a Marxist party and its fundamental purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly,have guided the construction of China’s social security system throughout history,and have been enriched and developed in the new era.Adhering to the CPC’s original aspiration and founding mission,adhering to socialism with Chinese characteristics and the development of social security with Chinese characteristics,and adhering to the principles of being problem-oriented and taking steady and incremental steps are some of the successful experiences of the CPC in leading China’s social security cause.
