"小康"是中国人民自古以来对于美好生活的向往与理想,中国共产党历经百年奋斗,最终带领中国人民全面建成小康社会。在全面小康社会建设的过程中,中国共产党领导的中国社会保障事业以其价值理性和工具理性,通过对全心全意为人民服务建党初心的持续坚守和社会保障政策工具的不断优化,全面助力了中国小康社会的建成。全面小康社会的内在品质的提升和人民的美好生活的实现,将成为中国共产党实现第二个百年目标的发展指向。以共享社会保障方式为中国人民的美好生活提供制度保障,提升全面小康社会的品质是中国社会保障事业未来发展的必然方向。
"A moderately prosperous society’’has long been representing the aspiration and ideal of Chinese people for a better life.The Communist Party of China(CPC)has completed the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects through a hundred years of endeavor.During this process,the Chinese social security cause under the leadership of the CPC,with its value rationality and instrumental rationality,has fully contributed to the establishment of a prosperous China,through its sustained adherence to the original intention of serving the people wholeheartedly and continuous updated social security policy tools.The improvement of the quality of a moderately prosperous society and a better life for the people will be included in the CPC’s second centenary goals.Providing an institutional guarantee for Chinese people’s better life and improving the quality of the prosperous society in all respects with a shared social security system is an irresistible trend.
