摘要
新中国成立70年的历史,是一部中国人民"站起来""富起来""强起来"的历史,也是执政的中国共产党不忘初心、拒腐防变的历史。中国共产党领导的反腐败斗争,历经了三个历史时期的四个发展阶段,留下了不断探索、砥砺前行的足迹。建国初期法制创立阶段的"运动反腐",巩固了新生的国家政权。改革开放时期法制再建阶段的"对策反腐"和依法治国新阶段的"制度反腐",有效保障了深化改革和科学发展。以党的十八大为节点,中国特色社会主义进入全面依法治国新时代。用法治思维和法治方式惩治腐败,反腐败斗争从量的积累迈向质的转变,不仅取得压倒性胜利,而且积累了一系列宝贵经验,保证了党和国家事业取得历史性成就,发生历史性变革。
The 70-year history of the founding of New China is a history of the Chinese people’s"standing up,""getting rich,"and"strengthening".It is also the history of the ruling Communist Party of China not forgetting its initial heart and resisting corruption.The anti-corruption struggle has gone through 4 development stages in 3 historical periods,leaving steps of constantly seeking and searching.The anti-corruption of campaign nature at the beginning of the founding of the People’s Republic of China strengthened the new China’s authority.The anti-corruption of policy nature in the period of reform and opening up,and the anti-corruption of institution nature in the new stage of the rule of law effectively ensure the reform and development.Taking the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party as the node,the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era of ruling with law.Fighting the corruption with rule of law,the anti-corruption war has transformed from accumulation of amount to revolution of quality.It has not only achieved an overwhelming victory,but also accumulated a series of valuable experiences.It has ensured the Party and the country to achieve historical achievement and accomplish historical reform.
